"This unique property has been named 'Little Esher Place' which was designed to imitate, on a smaller scale the 19th century grade II listed mansion house at the centre of the estate, that building has distinctive 'wings' and 'curves', which are evident features of this intriguing house design. The approach is impressive, a large front door, sash windows and high ceilings set the scene to this special property. The entrance hall opens in to the central reception room, the heart of this home, to either side are the bright triple aspect elegant drawing room and dining room. All three rooms open on to the rear veranda - a wonderful feature that overlooks the large garden. The kitchen / breakfast room has a quirky 'hidden' staircase leading to the utility / boiler room which in turn provides external access to the garage.
