"Courtlands, offers an exciting and rare opportunity for someone to purchase a fabulous family home, set within the highly regarded Orchard Gate cul de sac, which lies within close proximity to Esher mainline train station.

The entrance porch has an original parquet floor and leads to a large inner hallway which has a cloakroom consisting of a white WC, a wash hand basin with a mixer tap. The lovely sitting room has a very attractive modern gas feature fire and is double aspect front to back, with the front extending into a pretty bay window and the rear overlooking the lovely rear garden, which can be accessed via double glazed double doors. A set of glazed doors leads to a triple aspect family room, which has a wooden floor and a lovely bay window to the front and a further set of double glazed double doors that lead onto the rear garden and these two rooms combine to make a fabulous entertaining space for the whole family. The large kitchen breakfast room also overlooks the rear garden, which can be accessed via a glazed door.
