"Approaching the front drive of this property sets the scene for just how lovely it is inside. Once through the door, the quality and style of all the refurbishment work our clients have carried out are immediately evident and continue throughout creating a delightful feeling of warmth and comfort which is created by the stylish, tasteful decor.

There is a good sized hallway which has wonderful stripped floorboards and these run throughout the living room and dining room. The fabulous living room has a front aspect and is beautifully decorated throughout and has gorgeous character features to include a fabulous open feature fireplace, which has tiled inserts, a wooden surround and slate hearth, beautiful stripped floorboards, a stripped door, ceiling moldings and a pretty double glazed bay window. Light, bright and airy this is a fabulous room in which to relax. Glazed double doors lead from the hallway into a lovely dining room which in keeping with the rest of the house is beautifully decorated and also enjoys fabulous stripped floorboards. This lovely room opens onto a fantastic kitchen / family room, which has a very smart tiled floor and an excellent range of fitted units and work surfaces. Built in appliances include; a double oven, a microwave, a five ring gas hob and extractor hood above, a fridge freezer and a dishwasher. Combined with the good sized family area this room provides fabulous living space and with double glazed double doors opening onto the wonderful rear garden makes this the real hub of the house.
