"This lovely family home which has a number of character features benefits from an excellent location and has tremendous scope for updating and adding additional accommodation, subject to the usual consents. Houses such as this in its particular location are getting more difficult to find and this property offers a great chance to create a wonderful home.

The house is entered via a spacious hallway that has the original wood panelling and the accommodation is light and airy throughout.
To the ground floor there is a living room, dining room, kitchen and cloakroom.

Both reception rooms have views over the rear garden with the living room having a Claygate fireplace with window seats on either side and the dining room has parquet wood flooring. The kitchen is a reasonable size and has a door to the side access whilst there is also a useful downstairs cloakroom.
