"This is an attractive and substantial four bedroom detached home, which provides a wonderful opportunity for anyone wishing to add their own mark on an already marvelous home. Already providing well planned and well proportioned living accommodation, there is scope to extend the property further where required and subject to all the usual planning permissions. It has a pretty rear garden and good parking to match and without doubt it would be a lovely place to bring up a family.

From the good sized panelled hallway there is a large double aspect front to back dining room, which has an attractive Claygate feature fireplace and decorated in neutral colours it is a lovely room in which to dine. The good sized living room is similarly decorated and also has an attractive brick feature fireplace. It has lovely views over the rear garden which can be accessed via double glazed double doors, making this a wonderful room in which to relax. The nice sized kitchen has a tiled floor and overlooks the rear garden which can be accessed via a side door.
