"Grantley Place consists of just six elegant, detached family homes, within this exclusive, gated private development, which was constructed in 2000 by Octagon Developments.

You enter via a spacious split level entrance hall which has ample fitted storage. Steps lead down to the lower hallway where glazed double doors give access to a fabulous triple aspect sitting room. With its wonderful high ceiling, a smart feature fireplace and twin glazed double doors leading directly to the garden, this is a wonderful room in which to relax. A further set of glazed double doors from the upper hallway lead to the dining room overlooking the rear garden, which can be accessed via a glazed single door. The good sized kitchen breakfast room is split into two well defined areas.
