"As you walk through each room, a sense of homeliness develops and without doubt it would be a lovely place in which to bring up a family. It has an endearing charm and boasting over 2,300 square feet offers very flexible and adaptable family accommodation. All the principal reception rooms lead off the good sized hallway. There is a fabulous 18 x 13 foot double aspect front to back sitting room, which has pretty double wooden casement doors that open out onto the lovely rear garden as well as a feature fireplace with a tiled hearth and a Sapele wooden floor. Folding wooden double doors lead to a square shaped dining room to the front of the house and there is a separate study. A large kitchen breakfast room leads off this room and has a good range of fitted units and work surfaces. There is a built in double oven with a Neff 5 ring gas hob and Neff extractor hood above, space for an American style fridge freezer and space and plumbing for a dishwasher. A good sized double aspect utility room leads off the kitchen breakfast room and there are further built in units, a sink and plumbing and outlet for washing machine and dryer and a set of double wooden casement doors leading to the garden. A side door off the kitchen breakfast room leads to an inner lobby where you will find a cloakroom and a wash hand basin, a separate boiler room and a further side door with porch to this side of the property.
