"Offering well proportioned rooms throughout, this very attractive four bedroomed detached home requires a certain amount of modernisation, but offers an ideal and exciting opportunity for someone to mold and scope their perfect home, subject to all the necessary planning permissions.

All of the downstairs rooms lead off the good sized entrance hall and there is a cloakroom with a tiled floor and window and consists of a coloured two piece suite to incorporate a WC and small wash hand basin. The spacious front reception room extends into a pretty bay window and there is a very attractive open feature fireplace which has a tiled surround and hearth and there are fitted units either side. The equally spacious rear reception room has lovely views over the rear garden which can be accessed via double glazed double doors making this a fabulous room in which to relax. The large kitchen breakfast room has a tiled floor and a delightful view of the rear garden and there is a door to side access. There is a good range of fitted units and work surfaces and built in appliances include a double oven and a four ring gas hob with extractor hood above.
