"Approaching the front drive of this property sets the scene for just how lovely it is inside. The attention to detail, style and fabulous quality of the fixtures and fittings combine to make this simply exquisite. Once through the door, the quality and style of all the refurbishment work our clients have carried out are immediately evident and continue throughout. On entering the large reception hall, one is struck by a delightful feeling of warmth and comfort created by the stylish and tasteful decor. The lovely front sitting room is beautifully decorated adding to a lovely light, bright and airy feel and it is indeed a fabulous room in which to relax. The large dining room continues this wonderful theme and double glazed leaded light double doors lead onto the fabulous rear garden. The beautiful kitchen breakfast room has a fabulous rear aspect view and has an excellent range of quality fitted units and work surfaces to include a very stylish large walk in pantry and built in appliances include a range style double oven, a five ring gas hob with extractor hood above and a dishwasher and there is also space for a large freestanding American style fridge freezer. This wonderful room flows openly with the dining room and the separate study and all three rooms combined make a fabulous entertaining space for the whole family. There is a separate utility room which has a tiled floor and a window and there is space and plumbing for a washing machine and separate tumble dryer as well as housing the boiler and the Megaflow style water heater.
