"This spacious five bedroom detached house measures just under 2100 sq ft including the garage and is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac. On the ground floor is a contemporary kitchen with plenty of work and storage space and a dining room, a spacious sitting room, family room, utility room and a guest WC. On the upper floor, the main bedroom has an ensuite shower room, and there are four further bedrooms, shower room and a family bathroom. The house is wonderfully light and airy with a bright, neutral decor and would be an ideal purchase for any discerning buyer.

Situation
The property is located close to the quaint village centre of Claygate which has a broad selection of local shops and amenities including a butcher, fish monger and greengrocers, a Boots and Coop. Claygate station offers a regular service to Waterloo that takes approximately 30 minutes.
