"A rarely available, semi-detached family home located in a quiet cul-de-sac within reach of Claygate station and schools. Built in the 1930‘s this home has retained some fine features whilst offering all you would expect from a modern home. There is a panelled entrance hall with study, a guest cloakroom, a larger reception room to the front with a feature fireplace, to the rear is a family room adjoining the extended kitchen/dining room which is ideal for those keen cooks and also provides access to a utility room.
Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, a family bathroom and a separate shower room. The second floor offers the fourth double bedroom.
Externally there is off street parking to the front, side access to the rear garden which is laid to lawn and extends to c 70ft.

Situation
Dalmore Avenue is located in quaint village centre of Claygate which retains a real sense of community; the station is also here (within 0.4 miles) and offers a regular service to Waterloo.
