"A rarely available Norwegian designed detached family property offering a well planned light and spacious accommodation, set adjacent to the RAC club and close to Epsom race course, home of the world famous 'Epsom Derby'. The property in our opinion, has been refurbished to a high standard and is offered with no onward chain.

The property is approached via a sweeping driveway and provides fantastic views to the front overlooking fields of the Woodcote stud.

The current owner has enjoyed living at the property for many years and comments "There has always been a wonderful feel to the house, bright and warm with plenty of light and space. We always had a real sense of being in the country but with facilities such are the RAC club on our doorstep. At this time of year in particular, to wake up and from the bedroom window see brood mares and foals in the fields opposite certainly lightens your spirits and makes life feel very good. On fine evenings the downstairs rooms are bathed in a beautiful warm light as the sun goes down. Even after living there for years the sunsets still sometimes drew us to watch from the front window. The back garden is wonderfully secluded by the trees and we never landscaped it as our grandchildren, all boys, loved playing in it, mostly football and cricket. These are the qualities that have made this home so happy and special to our family".
