"Recently completed as part of an exclusive, small gated development of four properties, 2 Honeypot Farm is an attractive detached country house set within landscaped gardens and surrounded by lovely Kentish countryside. Designed to reflect the vernacular style of architecture, exteriors are of red brick with timber cladding from the first level, under a pitched slate roof, whilst interiors are contemporary incorporating many twenty first century technologies. The well thought out accommodation is laid out over three floors and extends to approximately 4250 square feet, allowing for open plan family living areas, a more formal drawing room along with five spacious bedrooms on the upper levels, four of which have en-suite facilities.

The kitchen/breakfast/family room has two sets of bi-folding doors leading out to the rear terrace and is comprehensively furnished with a range of wall and floor cabinetry by Hamilton?s with quartz work surfaces, up-stands and panels, Neff appliances and Elica. Elsewhere sanitary ware is by Villeroy and Boch with tiles from Rovic.
