Description

This detached home provides a rare opportunity for redevelopment in one of East Molesey s most sought after locations.
The current owner gained planning permission in 2020 to substantially extend the home across both ground and first floors Elmbridge Planning Application 2020 1577 . This has now lapsed but could be re instated subject to the necessary consent.
The owner has also acquired two small adjacent triangles of land, one of which fronts Palace Road.
