"Sometimes looks can be deceiving and this property is much bigger than it first appears. The current owners have really maximised the plot's potential by adding a double storey rear extension. This has enabled them to create a fantastic kitchen/breakfast room with window overlooking the rear garden (great if you need to keep an eye on the kids). Another benefit of the extension is the dining room. Not only does this room fit a large table but there is also room for a study area. As a lot of people now have the flexibility to work from home, this is a real bonus. Finally, there is the lounge which is a nice cosy space to wind down at the end of the day in front of the fire and TV.
Upstairs does not disappoint, the extension has allowed for four generously proportioned bedrooms, large family bathroom and an en-suite to the master - so there should be no arguments from the kids over who gets the biggest bedroom! Outside continues to impress - the relatively low maintenance and fairly secluded rear garden faces south west so really benefits from the maximum hours of sunlight. There is a lovely raised deck with balustrade, perfect for chilling out or sun bathing. The kids will also love the tree house hidden at the end of the garden.

"We have been in our house for approximately 18 years and have brought up our family here. We find the position perfect, it's quiet and close to the edge of open countryside yet convenient for access to the station and M23. Most days we can be on the motorway within 15 minutes.

It is also great for schools as the local primary school is within walking distance and there are a selection of secondary schools within a short car journey or bus ride.

As our family grew, so did our house and we believe we now have a home that will work for any buyer."
