"This is not your average bungalow and the garden is to die for! The property gives easy and convenient access to the town centre as well as M23/M25 road networks. For those of you with kids there is also Felbridge primary school close by and this is always highly regarded by Ofsted. As well as having a great location, the property has great accommodation. The first thing you notice is the fantastic reception hall which boasts stunning oak flooring and beautiful, hand made solid oak doors. Attention to detail and quality are noticeable throughout from the carpets to the decorative coving. The hallway flows perfectly through a double door to the lounge. This is a lovely light space with a large bay window and modern 'remote controlled' feature gas fire. Again, there are double doors leading to the dining room which fits a large table and is perfect for Sunday lunch with the family. There is a great family size kitchen/breakfast room which in turns leads to the garden room. This room has large windows and really allows a great view of the outdoors. The rest of the property is for the bedrooms. There are 3 comfortable doubles and the master has a luxury en-suite wet room that is reminiscent of a hotel suite. Outside the gardens are a real delight. The rear garden has a rockery with water feature and a Japanese garden. There is also a large patio for entertaining and barbecues. This house is a must see!

What the Owner says:

"We moved to the area from Tunbridge Wells and weren't particularly looking for a bungalow. However, when we saw the garden we knew we had to have it. The garden was a blank canvass and being 'green fingured' that was perfect for us. It has been a labour of love and taken many years to get it how we want it. We also get to enjoy this from inside as our garden room is where we like to spend most of our time.

As well as doting on our garden we have spent a lot of time and effort on our home. The space works perfectly for us and having 3 good size bedrooms is great when you have family or guests over to stay."
