"Coneybury" is an extended, five double bedroom, detached family home, with the majority of the well proportioned rooms overlooking the gardens and fabulous views of the North Downs beyond.

The property is approached over a gravel "in and out" driveway, with further parking in front of and side of the house. The gardens (which total some 1.1 acres) are then mainly to the rear of the house with sweeping lawns and some flower and shrub borders. Towards the end of the garden the lawns give way to an attractive lightly wooded area.
