"A very well appointed 1930's character house that has recently been the subject of extensive refurbishment and improvement. It now offers a blend of mature character with oak doors, exposed oak beams and stone fireplaces with modern high quality fittings. These include a new boiler and domestic hot water system, double glazing, modern kitchen, two new bathrooms, fresh decorations and new hard flooring and carpets. On the ground floor there are three reception rooms. The largest sitting room, which leads onto a Loggia with garden access, has a wide rectangular bay window over looking the side gardens and an original stone fireplace. The dining room has a corner stone fireplace and also opens via French doors to the same Loggia. There is a study situated at the front overlooking the driveway and front entrance. The kitchen is comprehensively fitted with a range of units, incorporating appliances by Siemens, including in the island an induction hob with extractor canopy over, a fan oven, microwave and integrated fridge freezer. There is a separate utility room, which has low cupboards, a stainless steel sink and appliance spaces.
There are four bedrooms accessed from the main staircase, the main with a newly fitted en suite bathroom. This has a white suite of bath, basin in fitment and low flush WC, in addition there is a corner shower cubicle with a glazed enclosure with Hansgrohe thermostatic shower mixer and wall spray.
