"This deceptively spacious detached property has been much extended and improved providing extensive and versatile accommodation to suit the needs of any growing family arranged across four levels. The entrance hall with cloakroom opens to a most impressive open plan sitting room which has large picture and bi-fold windows with integral blinds, maximising the green outlook, with a cosy sitting area with log burner to one corner. The recently added dining room with high level of glazing overlooks the garden and is used for entertaining. With a skylight and large windows which flood it with light, the modern kitchen is fitted with underfloor heating and a large range of white gloss units with curved corners, integral breakfast bar and appliances including a wine cooler. Deepdene Wood is a highly sought after residential area positioned at the end of Ladyegate Road, a private road with substantial individual family homes and considered one of the best locations in Dorking.
