"A three bedroom semi detached property situated in a private cul de sac on the outskirts of Beare Green. This property benefits from backing onto woodland and offers a good degree of privacy. The property offers a downstairs cloakroom, kitchen, living room with electric fire, sliding doors to conservatory which overlooks the garden, double doors to the rear gardens. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The rear garden has a patio area and decked seating area, main lawn with panel enclosed fencing, small front garden with raised vegetable patch. Garage located in block with communal parking.

Location Beare Green Village has a range of local shops, village hall, village green and pond, primary school, public house and a regular bus service that travels through to Horsham to Dorking. Dorking Town Centre is approximately five miles to the north and offers a comprehensive range of shopping facilities, schools for all age groups and a mainline railway station with regular services of trains to London (Waterloo and Victoria), Horsham, Reigate/Redhill and Guildford. The Village of Beare Green also offers its own rail link to Dorking Town Centre from the Holmwood railway station. This station is a within a quarter of a mile from the property.

Directions From our Dorking office proceed in an easterly direction and at the roundabout turn right towards Horsham. At the next roundabout take the second left towards Horsham and continue down the A24 taking the right hand turn signposted Beare Green. Continue towards the village and over the bridge turning right into Merebank. Follow the road round to the right into Leith Road and continue forward into Oak End.
