"This well appointed semi detached house was constructed over 20 years ago and is set within a select cul-de-sac development of semi detached and detached houses in the heart of Beare Green village. The village offers excellent amenities including local shops, village and Holmwood train station leading to Dorking. Also nearby is a local school and access via the A24 leading to Horsham and Dorking both with mainline train stations to London.
The property is situated off a private driveway with pathway leading up to front door giving access to an entrance hall, cloakroom/w.c, sitting room, separate dining room and fitted kitchen with built in appliances.
On the first floor the master bedroom has built in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room, there are also two further good sized bedrooms and a bathroom.
Outside the driveway for 2 cars leads to a brick built garage and front garden and access to the fully enclosed rear garden.

We have really enjoyed living in Greenfields Place as it is a select development of houses and is literally opposite local shops and amenities and only a 5 minute walk from Holmwood train station which has a direct link to Dorking and the mainline leading to London.
We have enjoyed the spacious accommodation which has been ideal for us to spread out into. Outside we have 2 cars and the driveway provides ideal car parking for these and gives us the ability to use the garage for extra storage.
We have really enjoyed living in Beare Green and will miss it, however we are now relocating to another area.
