"Just one glimpse of this spacious family home & you will be hooked. Just as the current owners Roger & Loraine were when they moved here 25 years ago. It is easy to see what they fell in love with & totally understandable why they have stayed here so long. As you step inside the bright entrance hall, notice the fact that you have the huge advantage of a downstairs wc. The stylish kitchen is a brilliant size & is a lovely light room with door leading onto the dining area which then opens up nicely into the lounge. This offers the perfect layout for entertaining. Roger and Loraine have also had the conservatory added on, giving them even more space & the ideal room to relax & soak up the sun. Upstairs, there are three very impressive bedrooms & a lovely modern bathroom. Outside, there is a small but perfectly adequate garden where the current owners have had many family barbecues. The front garden has the driveway but also a small area at the side for your pots & plants. The location here is something to shout about thanks to the tram stop at the bottom of the road which is absolutely ideal for commuters as it will take you to East Croydon where you can get into the city in 15 minutes. The bus routes are superb & the exceptional schools that Wallington has become renowned for, are all within reach too. We moved here over 25 years ago & have truly loved every minute of being here. Our neighbours are fantastic & the area is lovely. Being in a cul-de-sac has been great as not only have our children grown up here but now our grandchildren come to stay & we can let them play out the front with total peace of mind that they are safe. This area really is a "commuters paradise" too as the tram stop at the bottom of the road takes you straight to East Croydon where you can get into the city in 15 minutes. The bus routes are superb too. Since living here we have done a great deal including a new kitchen, new bathroom, the double glazing & a new boiler. It's now time for us to get somewhere smaller as we no longer need the space but we shall certainly shed a tear on moving day
