In our opinion this is a well presented and spacious 3 bedroom home south facing. Benefits include lounge, double aspect dining room, separate w.c. as well as double glazing and central heating. There is also an approximately 100ft garden and off-street parking for 3 vehicles and a garage.
This property has been much improved by the current owner during the time he has owned it.
To the ground floor we have to the front a main lounge, and to the rear a kitchen/dining room double aspect, providing great space for everyday living and entertaining guests, leading to a rear garden.
In addition to the ground floor accommodation on the first floor we have 3 bedrooms, and a family bathroom.
The property has been maintained and really needs to be seen to appreciate the hard work that has gone into this house.
The property is situated within easy access to local amenities, and especially Croydon's vast shops and shopping centre, Elmers End tram stop.

We liked the location, within walking distance to the high street, and the quiet residential street the house is situated on. The outside looked well cared for, and was a nice example of a semi. Inside the house we particularly liked the original features, and how spacious it was. Some we had seen were very small. The house had a lovely, homely feel, and felt right for us on the first visit.
