***Vendor‘s comments:*** "e;I certainly don’t want to sound too cliché.. but five years ago when looking for a family home, it’s often said, you will know within two minutes of walking through the door, and yes.. the rest is history!!

The property ticked all the boxes with a few extra additions.

Location: Addiscombe with a village and community feel, did not disappoint! A rarity to find independent family run businesses on your doorstep. Butchers, Florists, Bakery and many more.

The property is a three min walk away from Addiscombe tram, six mins into East Croydon station. Great for my daughter‘s school and anyone who needs to travel into Central London, Gatwick or head south to Brighton.

Within the last 18 months the property have gone through some extensive works. A loft extension, with two double bedrooms, one en-suite. New boiler, fitted smoke alarms throughout, two new bathrooms and new flooring. This extra space is amazing! If you have a fairly large family, there’s ample room within the property to meet everyone’s needs!

Unfortunately our mother has just been recently widowed and will need ongoing care, which has prompted the move.

If you’re looking for a family home with great schools, local amenities and open green spaces on your doorstep then this is the one for you. Addiscombe is a lovely place to live and raise a family.

I shall miss our friends in the community, shops and all the positive attributes Addiscombe has to offer.
