"This attractive home was built in 1933 and was later extended in 1984. It offers ample living accommodation for a family; yet still offers plenty of scope for further extension. It is located at the end of a quiet lane, surrounded by woodland, yet within a mile of Cranleigh High Street. In addition there are stunning south facing gardens, plenty of parking, garage and workshop.

The front door opens into a glazed porch, which in turn leads to the entrance hall. To the right you find the lounge, with feature fireplace and stone hearth housing a new gas fire - lovely for those long winter evenings! Two large windows give you dual aspect and with glazed door into the conservatory you get a light and airy room. Turning left from the hall you enter into a well-proportioned room with tiled fireplace, although currently being used as a study, this is a versatile room and would be equally suited to a playroom or informal lounge. A door leads to a large dining room, with a window overlooking the front and a sliding patio door opening to the garden, giving a feeling of extra space, great for those family get-togethers! Moving through to the kitchen you have a range of fitted units and space for dishwasher, cooker and fridge/freezer, two windows give lovely views of the garden and at the other end of the kitchen you have an area perfectly suited for a breakfast table. From the kitchen you have the utility room, which has plenty of space for coats, boots, washing machine and dryer, you will also find a useful under-stair cupboard, downstairs WC and doors to the patio and the study. The conservatory which was added in 2004, gives you wonderful elevated views and somewhere to relax and appreciate the garden all year round.

Upstairs to your right you have a large double bedroom with the original 1930's built in cupboard and views to the front and side. There is also a single room, with built in cupboard and window with views to the side. To the left of the stairs you will find another large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes along one wall and built in cupboard. At the end of the corridor you have the master bedroom, this is a substantial room, with large en-suite comprising curved corner shower, WC, bidet basin and is finished with neutral tiles. There is also a linen cupboard and the family bathroom at this end of the landing.
