DETAILS Pemberley is a fantastic modern home, located within New Park Road on the edge of the village, a location very popular with families due to the close proximity to excellent local schools. The property offers everything a family could need, from plenty of parking to spacious accommodation and a wonderful south facing garden.

The entrance hall has a welcoming feel, with doors off to the integral garage and reception rooms, as well as to the cloakroom. The front reception room would make a fantastic formal dining room, family room or second sitting room for older children. The main sitting room is a light and bright double aspect room, with lovely views over the rear garden and a brick built feature fireplace with coal effect gas fire. Next is the kitchen/breakfast room - a truly impressive space with a large range of light wood effect units, granite effect laminate work surfaces, a large island unit, integrated appliances including a gas hob with stainless steel extractor over, double oven, dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer.
