"This well maintained family home is situated in a popular cul-de-sac about a mile from the centre of Cranleigh. The owners have really enjoyed living here and it shows - the light and bright environment they have created inside, decorated to a high standard throughout, whilst outside the mature garden has been a real labour of love. Many mature and established plants and shrubs create a private and secluded environment with a hop-covered arbour leading to a delightful seating area adjoining and overlooking the meadows behind - the perfect place to unwind with a barbecue in the evening or even an inspirational area for those who work from home! The spacious living room is divided into lounge and dining areas allowing access through the double glazed French doors to the patio and garden beyond. Upstairs the views from Bedroom 2 have clearly been enjoyed, overlooking meadowland which has obviously been a delight for the owners' children, with a variety of animals proving a constant source of interest. There's plenty of parking too, with a driveway big enough for 3 cars leading to the detached garage, although there is no need to get the car out all the time as Cranleigh offers a comprehensive range of shops, restaurants and amenities together with a selection of fine schools all within easy reach. We bought the property when we got married 14 years ago and were initially attracted by the quiet location towards the end of the cul-de-sac. The garden is very attractive, peaceful and secluded and has been a great place to entertain, relax and enjoy the views. The children have loved having cows, sheep, deer and other animals on the farmland at the end of the garden and the whole family have enjoyed the many country walks on the doorstep.
