"Located toward the end of a popular cul-de-sac to the east of Cranleigh village centre, this well maintained 3 bedroom home has been cared for by the owner over the years and offers plenty of space which is immediately apparent upon walking in. The balanced open plan living space has 2 distinct areas with lounge and dining room spanning the depth of the house, allowing light to flood in throughout the day. The double aspect kitchen allows direct access to the garden whilst upstairs there are 3 generous bedrooms and a sizable bathroom. Although the house has never been extended, there's bags of potential to do so and, with a garden this size, you won't end up with unbalanced outdoor/indoor space. Backing onto mature oak trees, it's a lovely outlook and they give welcome shade on a hot summer's day as the rest of the garden is a real sun trap. Off street parking with a gated driveway leading to the detached garage are all welcome features and create a safe and secure environment. With access to woodland and countryside at the end of the road, it's ideally situated for an outdoor ramble, whilst Cranleigh village centre, with its excellent shopping facilities, restaurants and leisure centre all within easy reach, is ideal for all the family's needs. There is also an excellent choice of schools within the area, again within easy reach of this lovely home.

What the Owner says:

I have really enjoyed living here for the past 34 years - it's such a lovely quiet location. As soon as I saw the house, I knew it was the ideal place to raise my children - with lots of space and a big garden and with little passing traffic, it's very safe too. The fields and woods at the end of the road are ideal to take my dog for a walk and, not driving any more, it's really convenient to be able to walk into the village.
