"This super four bedroom semi-detached house is situated on the popular west side of Coulsdon and has numerous features including a delightful rear aspect fitted kitchen/breakfast room, two spacious reception rooms and a downstairs cloakroom and utility room. There is also a driveway and rear garden

This really is an attractive spacious family home and viewings are essential in order to fully appreciate the size of accommodation on offer.  The house is nicely positioned on the west side of Coulsdon and currently occupies two floors.

The accommodation in detail includes and enclosed entrance porch, entrance hall with parquet floor, front aspect sitting room with bay window to the front, feature fireplace and shelving either side.  The dining room over-looks the rear garden and includes parquet wooden flooring, fireplace with inset wooden mantle and double doors opening onto the rear garden.  One of the real features of this fine home is the modern fitted kitchen with a good range of painted fitted units, wooden work surface, 5 ring gas hob, built in oven and microwave and a door to the side and window over-looking the rear garden.  On the ground floor there is also a utility room and downstairs cloakroom.
