Located on the west side of Coulsdon and offer spectacular views across Chipstead Valley, this beautiful four bedroom property simply must be seen.  Perfectly situated in the catchment areas of both Chipstead Valley Primary and the Woodcote Schools, this would make the ideal family home.

In our opinion, the accommodation is generous and spacious throughout;  apparent from the moment you step through the front door into the large entrance hallway, period features are still present, including parquet flooring throughout the two reception rooms and hall, feature fireplaces and original solid wood doors.

The front aspect lounge is light and airy with the rear aspect dining room allowing access onto the rear patio through French doors.  The kitchen and breakfast room come complete with larder storage, and the vendors have cleverly created a downstairs shower room at the rear of the integral garage which still offers plentiful storage.
