"This superb four bedroom detached home is conveniently located for the 'Outstanding' Woodcote Schools. Presented in beautiful condition throughout, features include en suite to the master bedroom, a charming level rear garden and plentiful off street parking. Offered with no onward chain.

Located on the west side of Coulsdon, this detached four bedroom property simply must be seen.  Situated on a level plot within walking distance of Woodcote schools, this property offers generous accommodation over two floors.

The ground floor comprises a large dining/family room to the rear aspect, adjacent to the kitchen/diner.  To the front aspect is a further sitting room with the garage currently being converted to a storage room, but could easily be returned to its original use.  There is also an office which flows into the utility room and further side access.  There is also a downstairs bathroom which would allow the front aspect reception room to be used as a bedroom, if required.
