"This beautifully presented two bedroom detached bungalow is set along a country lane and, in our opinion, offers great potential to extend, sstp. There are front and rear gardens, off road parking and a garage. Simply must be seen.

Hidden from the road, this really is a delightful property and is presented in an excellent standard with modern kitchen and bathroom, log burner in the lounge and a fabulous beach-style summerhouse in the garden.

The accommodation includes an entrance hall, open plan L-shaped lounge/dining room with doors opening onto the front garden, log burner and also open plan to the country farmhouse-style beautifully appointed kitchen with a range of painted fitted units, space for range-style cooker and a butcher's block wooden work surface.  The modern bathroom is a real feature with fully tiled walls, enclosed bath with shower screen and with both fixed and adjustable shower heads.  There are two rear facing bedrooms and, in our opinion, there is also potential to extend the property, subject to the relevant planning permission and consents being granted.

Outside

The property is located in a favoured residential road to the northern side of Coulsdon Road, (B2030).  A variety of local shops is available in the village centre including a sub post office and library within two thirds of a mile.  There are a selection of local schools within the vicinity for children of all ages.  In addition Old Coulsdon is renowned for areas of open countryside, including Farthing Downs, Happy Valley and Coulsdon Common.
