"This three bedroom detached family home is set on a bold corner plot and offers great potential to extend and improve. A particular feature is the large double garage to the rear as well as a level garden and plenty of parking.

The property has been extended to the ground floor and the accommodation briefly comprises a spacious reception hall with turning staircase to the first floor as well as doors to the lounge and dining room as well as French doors to the side garden. The double aspect lounge measures 18 with windows to the side and French doors to the rear gardens. the dining room faces front leads through to an 18 kitchen which is fitted with a range of base and wall units with tiled splashbacks and complementary work surfaces.
