This spacious three bedroom detached house is situated in an elevated position close to local shops and transport links. The property features an entrance hall that leads through to an open plan lounge diner with bay window to the front and a fireplace with fitted gas fire. A step leads up to the utility roomstudy and this in turn leads to the rear garden and the useful downstairs shower room,. From the hallway there is a fitted kitchen with a range of units with integrated appliances. There is scope to open the kitchen into the dining area or utility room if required. from the hall, stairs lead to the first floor landing with doors to bedrooms and bathroom. Two bedrooms overlook the rear garden and all three rooms have built in wardrobes. The bathroom is fitted with a white suite.
