"If it is space you are looking for, come and have a look at this deceptively spacious older style family home. The accommodation, which is laid over three floors, allows extremely versatile living arrangements and is offered with no onward chain.

Entering the property via the entrance hall, the accommodation to the ground floor comprises a family room or 4th bedroom and kitchen/dining room with access to the lower ground floor and balcony overlooking the rear garden. To the lower ground floor is bedroom 3 and the living room with sliding patio doors opening out to the level rear garden. Upstairs, on the first floor, there are two further bedrooms, family bathroom and a separate shower room, so there would be not need for queues in the morning!

Outside, to the front, there is a path leading to the front door and, to the rear, the garden has a patio area with the remainder laid to lawn with a flowerbed to the border. To the rear of the garden is a double garage which is accessed from Campbell Road or Milton Road and has both power and lighting and, for ease of access, an electric up-and-over door.

The property is in a great location for all local amenities, local schools, bus transport links and road network links to Croydon and the M25.

When we were looking for a house our main requirement was to find a spacious home. We had looked at so many houses up to this point and thought we would never find the right one. From the outside, we nearly discounted it, but as we walked in we were amazed at the space, high ceilings and the number of rooms that seemed to go on and on. Plus, there is the garden and double garage which has to be great for storage and secure parking.

During the time we have been here, we have used the rooms for so many purposes and never felt at anytime that we did not have enough space.
