"It's easy to see what the current owner fell in love with when she purchased this home 9 years ago and totally understandable why she has chosen to stay here so long. Tucked away in a quiet street off of the main road, this spacious property offers all you can need for that first home or potential investment opportunity. As you step inside the bright entrance porch, prepare to notice the impressive lounge which is of a good size. The current owner had the light kitchen fitted since she has been there and even incorporated a built in fridge and cooker. The bathroom is located downstairs but is modern with a separate toilet. Upstairs there are three good size bedrooms. Outside the driveway is gated and both the front and rear gardens have security lighting providing peace of mind. Great for access to Morden and the Northern Line and Carshalton station.

I bought this home 9 years ago as I totally fell in love with the location. It really appealed as it's off of the main road and very quiet. Since living here I've installed a new kitchen, a new boiler, new soffits, fascias and guttering at the front of the property and added the porch to the front. I have also changed the consumer unit, the bedrooms doors and added security lighting at the front and back. It is now time to get somewhere slightly bigger but I know the new owners will love it here.
