The dual aspect sitting room has a fireplace with inset fire and doors to the garden. There is a dining room which then opens into the conservatory. The kitchen is well equipped with a good range of units, appliance space, built-in oven and hob, doors to the garden and to the utility room, which has more appliance space and a door to the garden. There is a very useful study/family room and further cloakroom/shower room. Upstairs are five bedrooms, four with built in wardrobes, the master with an en-suite shower and a family bathroom.

Situation
This fine family home enjoys a convenient location close to Camberley railway station which has a direct rush hour service to London Waterloo and Farnborough mainline train station is also nearby for more regular trains within the hour.
