"A modern three bedroom semi detached home with south facing garden and two allocated parking spaces. Ideally located on this newly new development within the village of Row Town.

Only built in 2021, this is a great family home that is well presented throughout and still in excellent order. There are three bedrooms upstairs all offering good space alongside the family bathroom and storage cupboards plus loft access. The ground floor is divided in two with a kitchen breakfast room to one side and a large reception room to the other. There is also a down stairs cloakroom and further storage within the hallway. The kitchen has plenty of worksurface and cupboard space and there is plenty of room for a sizable dining area. The living room is a good square room with dual aspect windows and doors opening out onto the south facing garden.

The garden is a nice size and had been landscaped with slabs and astro turf. There is also a garden shed. To the front of the house, you have two allocated parking spaces positioned close to your front door.

This lovely home is ideally situated backing onto woodlands with easy access within moments to a nice walking trail. The development itself is pretty and as you enter the road, there is a communal green space with seating and children‘s play area. There is a nice community feel whilst being tucked away with no passing traffic.

Situated within the village of Row Town, close by there is a parade of local village shops and amenities. There are two popular village primary schools including the Holy Family Catholic School. There is also a good selection of secondary schools within the area. The village also offers a popular Bistro Pub and a Garden Centre, both are not far away.
