"Having only been in this lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, family home for just over a year it is a relocation that means that our vendors are coming to the market. Set in a gated development which promotes the feeling of community the first thing you notice when you are either inside or outside the property is the peace and quiet. From the entrance hall you move in to the lounge which in turn leads in to the kitchen-diner at the rear which occupies the full width of the property. The kitchen to one side has a range of built in cupboards and appliances whilst the dining area has access to the south facing rear garden via patio doors. Off the entrance hall there is also a good size ground floor cloak room.

The impressive condition and presentation continues throughout the first floor where we have the three bedrooms and the family bathroom.
