"Hidden behind the double bay front exterior is a fabulous home with lovely size rooms, a well fitted kitchen and modern white bathroom suite to the first floor. The focal point clearly is the stunning living room with its gorgeous bay sash windows and adjacent feature arch window, exposed wood floors and a feature open fire place completes the picture. There is also a small secret wine cellar tucked away for those wine buffs. There is an ample size dining room, two generous bedrooms all served by the bathroom with separate WC. There is a huge loft which has been boarded and is excellent for storage and may be, subject to the usual planning permission and building controls, for this to be converted to an additional room. The garden is also a secluded delight, well stocked with a south westerly rear aspect offering a good deal of privacy with mature trees and bushes. There is also a stunning grape vine which takes pride of place to the rear of the property and the garden extends to approximately 60ft.

Location: Within walking distance of Addlestone town centre and railway station and junction 11 of the M25 is a short drive. The historic town of Chertsey is about 10 minutes drive and The River Thames has some beautiful walks along the tow paths which can also be found at Chertsey.
