Description

Finn Toft is a delightful house built of brick and elevations, rendered under peg tiled roofs. The orientation of the house is south facing over superb, private gardens. The house has light and airy, well proportioned rooms now offering exceptional, well presented accommodation. The property is in immaculate condition. The reception hall gives access to all of the rooms in the main house and leads through to the staircase which gives access up to a double bedroom with its own en suite. Ipswich, the county town, has a far wider range of amenities, and benefits from a frequent direct train service to London s Liverpool St Station. Furthermore, the A12 for travel both north and south lies just one and a half miles east of the property. The stunning Suffolk coast close by and comprises delightful seaside towns and pretty villages. Aldeburgh 20 miles , Orford 15 miles . Recreational facilities in the area include sailing and fishing on the Rivers Deben, Orwell and Alde and there are golf courses in Woodbridge, Melton and Ipswich.
