"A spacious Victorian Town House believed to date from around 1860 close to the centre of this thriving market Town. The property, built from Suffolk Whites under a slate roof with terracotta ridge tiles, offers a wealth of fine period features and high ceilings. The property is situated in the favoured Conservation Area of Sudbury close to the River Stour and beyond it wonderful walks across the meadows. The propertys entrance hall is imposing with the main reception rooms off of this.
