The property is situated on the southern outskirts of the sought-after and thriving village of Long Melford. The village has an excellent selection of day to day shopping facilities and is conveniently situated for ease of access to Sudbury which lies some 3 miles to the south and to Bury St Edmunds about 11 miles to the north.

Westropps is a quiet, friendly cul de sac and the property is set well back from the road, above road level with superb views to the rear out across open fields.
