"This handsome period home has plenty of curb appeal with its Flemish bond brickwork and double width casement sash windows giving the home elegant proportions.

Set adjoining one of Southwold s most famous public houses, this is a wonderful position close to the seafront.

You enter a lobby where there is plenty of space for coats and shoes. A door leads through to the sitting room which has a wonderfully cosy feel thanks to the exposed timber ceiling beams. A door gives access to an under stairs area for further storage.
