The Property

The deceptively spacious plot is 0.31 acres STS and runs right down to the roadside along part of The Street and Back Road. The village of Middleton is located close to the Suffolk Heritage Coast,; an area of outstanding natural beauty and just 3 miles from the internationally renowned bird sanctuary at Minsmere. The village has a local pub and primary school. Yoxford and the A12 are about 4 miles to the west and nearby Darsham station 5 minutes drive provides mainline railway services from Ipswich to London. The picturesque coastal village of Dunwich lies about 4 miles to the North East and Aldeburgh and Thorpeness, with excellent golf and sailing activities, are 9 and 7 miles away respectively.
