Travelling North-east on the A12 London Road, at the Kessingland rounabout take the third exit into White's Lane. Take a left onto High Street and after 0.4 miles turn right onto field lane then left onto Rider Haggard Way. Take the second left onto Kipling Close and the property can be found on the right hand side.
