Situated in a cul de sac location on the south west side of the town in an area known locally as Pinewood is this two double bedroom end terrace house which offers excellent access to the A12 A14. Along with being offered with no onward chain the property benefits from two allocated car spaces, a 50ft rear garden, double glazed windows and gas central heating.

The entrance hall has stairs to the first floor, built in storage cupboard and tiled floor.
