Vendor Statement
We've lived in this house for 9 happy years; and in this time we've put a lot of time, money and love into making this house the lovely home it is today.

Last year we had a new bathroom fitted, in late 2010 we had cavity wall insulation installed and UPVC double glazing installed in the house and garage. In 2007 we fitted a new kitchen, complete with built in appliances.

Both the house and garden have had a lot of time and effort spent on them, we have recently redecorated and carpeted the 2nd bedroom, and we are in the process of having new panel heaters installed in bedrooms 2 and 3.

There really isn't anything that we don't love about the property, the large garage, driveway and the friendly neighbours just add to how great it is.

We will be very sad to leave here but we want to move to the countryside and unfortunately for us we cannot take the house with us.

We just hope the new owner will be as happy here as we have been.
