"An older style semi detached house, occupying a semi rural position within this popular hamlet just half a mile or so from Kedington standing in large but overgrown gardens

Requiring considerable updating/refurbishment works, the accommodation comprises an entrance lobby, lounge, separate dining room, a 14n++ kitchen/breakfast room, small hall and cloakroom, two double bedrooms and spacious bathroom, garage to side (poor repair)

DIRECTIONS:
From the new Tesco roundabout close to Haverhill's town centre Tesco roundabout in Haverhill town centre proceed out on the A143 as signposted to Bury St Edmunds.  After leaving the town continue for another mile or so and turn right at the first main crossroad junction as signposted towards Kedington.  Mill Villas is the first row of houses in the left hand side, before entering Kedington and the property is the second from the end.

The property occupies an enviable position standing in large gardens with a superb open aspect beyond, the thriving village of Kedington is half or mile or so away and the local amenities include a primary school, small village supermarket, a parade of shops including a post office, a church and two public houses.  For more comprehensive amenities the expanding market town of Haverhill is just two miles distance, whilst Newmarket is approximately 10 miles and Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds are approximately 18 miles.

We understand that the property was constructed in approximately 1927, originally as a three bedroom house with ground floor bathroom however, this has subsequently been altered putting the bathroom at first floor level and increasing the accommodation on the ground floor.  The property has unfortunately in recent years fallen into disrepair and now provides a rare opportunity to acquire a extensive modernisation project as well as extending potential subject to required planning consent.
