"A modern two double bedroomed terraced house, pleasantly situated at the end of a cul de sac within this most popular residential area, on the highly sought after Cambridge side of town.

The property with gas fired radiator central heating and new uPVC double glazing is to be found in good decorative order and has the benefit of no upward chain.

DIRECTIONS:
From the town centre proceed out on Withersfield Road as signposted towards Cambridge, continue through the traffic lights where Howe Road is off to the right, take the first exit at the next roundabout and turn left at the next mini roundabout, carry straight at the next roundabout from which Halfords and B&Q are accessed, take the second turning on the right into Atterton Road, pass two spur roads to the right and then turn right into Henderson Close.  For  number 38 take the right hand spur and at the T junction turn left and the property can be found almost at the bottom on the right hand side.
